3D CNC high precision EPS lost foam cutting machine is an automatic cutting machine dealing with foam billet, mainly used in the production process of lost foam white mold. With a high degree of automation, the code or drawing can be drawn directly on the computer side, which can achieve automatic cutting with high efficiency, which is several times that of manual mold making. There are many types of cutting patterns, which can achieve most types of cutting of double section entities (the angle between the two sections is greater than 35 °). This machine can help save materials, achieve computer typesetting and make the best use of everything. The transmission adopts ball screw transmission. The accuracy grade of ball screw is grade 5. The stroke accuracy per meter is strictly controlled within 39 microns to ensure the cutting accuracy. Pure imported resistance wires are adopted, with small thermal expansion coefficient. The wire feeding distance of resistance wire is controlled by gravity, and the failure rate is very low. The main frame is made of aluminum alloy profiles and aluminum-plastic plates, which greatly reduces the weight of the machine and facilitates the layout and movement in the workshop. It can achieve the cutting of double cross-section entities with the same size, double cross-section entities with different sizes, and entities with different cross-sections and different sizes.
